Angela Kratz:

Angela is the Office Manager of Peay’s Electric II. She is originally from Syracuse, New York where she was the Accounts Payable Manager for Cole Muffler from 1993-2013.  She relocated to Florida in 2013 and began her employment at Peay’s as part of our Admin Support.  She quickly progressed and was promoted to office manager in September of 2014.  Angela is responsible for overseeing our office operations including the admin support staff.

Tanya Marconi:

Tanya is the Human Resources Specialist and Safety Coordinator for Peay’s.  She joined our management team in September 2018 after working for another electrical contractor where she had a similar human resources role.  Her main responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, new hire set up and orientation, EEOC, benefits enrollment and management, weekly payroll and timecard review, employee discipline, preparing and conducting performance reviews and evaluations, maintaining employee personnel files, safety, and insuring OSHA compliance
